Chief Counsel

Mr. Weg brings years of legal experience in both litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining Atlast Financial, he practiced at a large California based law firm, focusing on all aspects of business litigation for clients in various fields, including financial services, healthcare, and government / regulatory work. Mr. Weg also held the title of legal counsel for Creative Rx Solutions, a technology-based company focused on the healthcare industry, where he was responsible for all litigation and transactional matters. Mr. Weg received his law degree from the University of Southern California, with honors, where he was a member of the Southern California Law Review.
